As a respected employer, Stadtwerke München offers young people the opportunity to complete sound training in 14 different professions. The “Stadtwerke München Ausbildung” Facebook page was created to meet potential trainees spending their free time on social media platforms.
We helped to expand the reach of the page and increase “Likes”, as well as establish an attractive employer image and plan the targeted play-out of campaigns.
Campaign mix makes training attractive
A detailed editorial plan and regular playing of the channel supported the evolution of the page. A monthly, sponsored campaign, constantly adapted to the target group, provided fixed values for both reach and likes. Various, well-planned competitions provided the extra boost. The campaign year was highlighted with the annual announcement of new trainee positions in a separate campaign.
