The new global website of the group (www.sgs.com) presents SGS to the world in a fundamentally different way to the previous version. The new version is more user-friendly and the content hierarchy has a radically new approach: it moves from company-centric to industry-centric with a client-focused structure, where services are organized by industries and themes. Core SGS services have been assembled into a structure better suited to the needs of existing and potential clients and the interests of the stakeholders of various themes.
To come up with a new structure for the service offering, the new website’s development required intense coordination and cooperation between many parties. Portrino supported the V3 team with active work in committees, with strategic consulting for the structure, workflows, inquiry management and communications strategy and also took on the tasks of coordinating the daily work of SEO, copywriting, bug reporting, content and structure optimization.
